Terms of service
Last updated: 12 June 2026.
The service
Alliage is a business-to-business document-management platform operated by Alliage SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company registered in Paris under SIREN 104 220 736, with its registered office at 88 rue Philippe de Girard, 75018 Paris, France (“Alliage”, “we”, “us”). Organisations (“customers”) import their documents into a private workspace where they are indexed and made searchable for that organisation only.
By accessing or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
Access to the service requires an account created by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at founders@alliage.ai of any suspected unauthorised use.
Customer data
Your organisation retains all rights to the documents and data it imports into the service, including documents imported from Google Drive. You grant Alliage the limited rights needed to host, process, index, and display that data for the sole purpose of providing the service to your organisation. The handling of personal data, including data received from Google APIs, is described in our privacy policy.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights to import the documents you submit and that doing so violates no law or third-party right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access another organisation's data, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service to store or distribute unlawful content. We may suspend access that endangers the service or other customers, and will notify the affected organisation when we do.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, design, and the “Alliage” trademark and logo are the exclusive property of Alliage SAS or its licensors. These terms grant no rights to them beyond the right to use the service as provided.
Availability and changes
We strive to keep the service available and to announce planned maintenance, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may evolve the service's features over time; material reductions in functionality will be communicated to customers in advance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alliage's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and Alliage shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, business, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
Termination
Your organisation may stop using the service and request deletion of its workspace at any time by writing to founders@alliage.ai. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms that remains uncured after notice. Upon termination, the organisation's data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “last updated” date and communicated to customers. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
